Jacob has been growing so fast, we cannot keep up with him. On Monday a bottom tooth came in and on Wednesday a top one came in. Then on Tuesday, Jared's birthday, he said his first word "Dada". Somehow he was able to time it perfectly! I have been trying to get it on video but it has been difficult with an overly talkative and camera happy two year old always running around. This video is pretty funny, even if you don't get to hear the main character say anything (his brother likes to steal the show). Jacob is our very happy baby, yet lately we have been seeing a new side to him. Now that he can move, very efficiently, he has become extremely determined. We often find him in the oddest places, in a closet, under the table eating crumbs, in a kitchen cupboard, climbing over the 6 inch ledge to the bathroom. Even when he is in his walker he can get just about anywhere he wants to go and is at an excellent height for electrical outlets, lamps, and the CD player. Now we have the joy of training two active little boys!
