A couple weeks ago there were workers painting and repairing the outside of our building. One afternoon we were sitting in the living room and suddenly saw some men just outside our windows. It was a bit of a surprise. My sister had her camera nearby and got some great shots. Keep in mind, we live on the 23rd floor, it is very windy outside, and these guys have absolutely no protective harnesses or anything. Oh, and ignore our hanging laundry :)
