A couple days ago, Judson, Emma and I were all in the kitchen. Judson was crying a bit in his bouncy seat and so I recommended that we sing to him. Emma asked to sing a Chinese song. I proceeded to sing the few songs I actually know in Chinese, yet she continued to ask for a Chinese song. Finally she sang for me. In her best sing-song voice she sang, "Chinese song, chinese song, chinese song..." No wonder she kept giving me a look like, 'you are singing it all wrong Mommy!'.
